Dr. Gary Rademacher has been a licensed Chiropractor since 1995. Dr. Gary has been freeing people from pain since 1997 in his clinic in Denver, CO. As a Chiropractor with experience, Dr. Gary and his team are committed to promoting the health and well being of his patients.
Dr. Rademacher uses a “whole person approach” when taking care of his patients. By combining the very best hands-on technique, state-of-the-art physiotherapy procedures, and providing specific spinal stretches and exercises, Dr. Rademacher is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.
Dr. Greg Cook, D.C.
Dr. Cook has been helping people in Denver, CO. experience better health through Chiropractic since 1997. A second generation Chiropractor, Dr. Cook was inspired to serve others through chiropractic following his own lasting health improvements under the care of his father-in-law and mentor, long time Denver Chiropractor, Dr. Cioeta.
With over 15 years of providing caring, quality chiropractic care, including 10 years of donating time as team doctor for local sports teams from the high school through professional levels, Dr. Cook is pleased to bring his training and experience to the patients of Downtown’s Healthcare.
Dr. Douglas Hall, D.C.
Dr. Douglas Hall is a graduate of National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, Illinois where he received a Bachelor of Science/Human Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Hall interned at the Salvation Army Clinic in Chicago, Illinois and he trained for a diplomate program at NUHS in physical medicine and rehabilitation 200-hour post-graduate program.
Dr. Hall continues to practice and improve his physical medicine skills and manual adjusting techniques with continuing educational programs and seminars such as myo-skeletal alignment, ART, myo-fascial release and spine and extremity manipulation.
Dr. Hall practiced in Chicago, Illinois and ran the rehabilitation department for the NeuroCenter, an integrative team lead by neurologist Dr. Jose Medina, based out of Methodist Hospital in Chicago, and in a private practice in Niles, Illinois.
Dr. Hall moved to Colorado in 2014 and worked with Vail Integrative Medical Group for a year-long fellowship program in Edwards, Colorado after which Dr. Hall moved to Denver, Colorado and is excited to be a part of the Downtown’s Healthcare integrated team.
Karen Rea, FNP-BC
Karen Rea is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in nursing for over 15 years in all areas of healthcare. Specializing in sports medicine, rehabilitation, and pain management, Karen enjoys helping people overcome pain from many musculoskeletal conditions. She also enjoys running, skiing, spending time with her husband and two children, and volunteering with 9 News Health Fair, Project Cure, and Girl Scouts.
Karen is an active member in her community as she is an active member with Advanced Practice Nurses Association, DNA 30, Colorado Nurses Association, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau.

Tashia Spidell (Medical Assistant)
Born in Limon, CO, and raised in Denver, Tashia has always had a passion for helping people. She received her diploma for Medical Assistant at Everest College and from there went on to working for an eye clinic with 7 MD’s. After working with an eye clinic for 6 months, she was certified with DORA as a Surgical Assistant. Tashia has found herself at Downtown's Healthcare and could not be happier than she is now, striving to help patients get off of pain medications and improve functioning.
Nikki Haas (Case Manager)
Nikki graduated from the University of North Dakota with a BS in Communications. She loves having the opportunity to educate patients on their health and understanding the importance of taking care of their bodies in the most natural way possible. Born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota, she can appreciate all the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer year-round.
Lindsey Wallentine (Event Coordinator)
A Colorado native, Lindsey grew up in the foothills of Colorado Springs enjoying all that Colorado has to offer and attended the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She enjoys snow sports, water sports, concerts year round as well as hiking and camping. Staying active is a main priority for her which translates into her passion for helping patients maintain their active lifestyles and achieving new goals pain free.
Khayla Paschall (Receptionist)
Born in Texas, Khayla has always loved staying active and being outdoors. She enjoys playing volleyball, softball, and running in her free time. Khayla has a passion for travel and seeing the world. She takes great pride in witnessing DHC patients returning to the activities they appreciate most and living their lives to the fullest.
Briana King (Billing)
Briana started out doing her externship here at Downtown's Healthcare in February of 2013 and then officially joined the team at DHC in May of 2013. She works in the billing office as a Billing Assistant entering patient information. She enjoys spending time with her husband, son, dogs & family.
